Before providing you with credit assistance, we are required by law to ensure that any loan or lease we suggest is not unsuitable for you. To make this assessment, we will:
- Ask you questions about your requirements, objectives, and financial situation.
- Take reasonable steps to verify your financial information.
- Ensure that you can meet the financial obligations of the product without substantial hardship.
If we provide you with credit assistance, you are entitled to request a copy of our preliminary credit assessment within seven years of the date it was prepared.
Our Services
We assist clients by sourcing suitable credit products from a wide panel of lenders. Our services include loan comparisons, refinance assistance, debt consolidation, and other forms of credit advice consistent with your financial needs and goals.
We do not provide financial or legal advice. You should consider obtaining independent professional advice before entering into any credit or finance arrangement.
Fees and Commissions
Fees Payable by You
We may charge a fee for our services. Any applicable fee will be disclosed to you in a Credit Quote before proceeding with your application. You may also be required to pay fees and charges to the lender as part of the loan process, which will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document.
Commissions We May Receive
We may receive a commission from the lender once your loan or lease is settled. These commissions are not fees payable by you. Details of the commission will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document before your loan application proceeds.
We may also receive additional benefits or volume-based payments from lenders based on the overall business we introduce. These are disclosed as part of our general business relationship with Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd.
Referral Payments
We may pay a referral fee or commission to third parties such as real estate agents, accountants, or financial advisers who refer clients to us. Any such payment will be disclosed to you in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document. These payments are not fees charged to you.

Complaints
